Hello from Your Lake Jennings:

Best Trout Spots: Middle of the lake.
Best Trout Lures / Bait: Inflated crawlers on a 2 ft. leader dipped in scent.

Best Cat Spots: Bird trees and floating boathouse.
Best Cat Bait: Night crawlers and mackerel. Use scent liberally.

Best Bass Spots: Every 15 ft. along the shore and off the points. Think postspawn..
Best Bass Lures /bait: Dropshooting10" black Power Worms and 4" margarita mutilator worms.

Water Temp. 70 to 71 degrees on surface.

Notables:

Prognosis: We had our first 1000 lbs. of catfish delivered on Friday just in time for the Memorial weekend. Like all holiday weekends we will be open on Monday. Also since it is a 3 day weekend we will still open at 5:45 AM Friday. It is our first night that we will be open until midnight .
