Trout Bite
The trout bite was wide open this past week with limits, double-digits, and Lightings being caught. Majority of the trout were caught in 20 to 30 feet of water. The 1,000 pounds of Lightning Trout were stocked this past week, so be on the look out for those neon darting fish. We are anticipating another 1,000 pounds of lightning trout next month.
Bass Bite
The bass bite is red hot, with bass being caught tight to cover and near shallow water structure. Bass fisherman are targeting bass using soft plastic, primarily creature baits and drop-shot. Stop by the Bait Shop for all of your fishing needs.
