Hello from Your Lake Jennings: The trout bite improved greatly including a decent trolling bite on orange Power Worms tipped with nightcrawlers. The bass were not. Only 1 angler targeted the cats and he got 3 at the buoyline. Don't forget that were are open every day from Dec. 23rd thru New Year's Day 5:45 AM to 5:15 PM.

Best Trout Spots: Eagle Point, Sentry Point and the middle of Cactus Patch.

Best Trout Bait/Lures: Chartreuse Power Bait dipped in Pautzke nectar.

Best Cat Spots: Sentry Point and the buoyline.

Best Cat Bait: Mackerel and chicken livers. Use scent liberally.

Best Bass Spots: west side of Sentry and Eagle Point also the riprap that parallels the launch ramp.

Best Bass Lures/Bait: Creature baits and 4" morning dawn worms.

Water Temp: 62 degrees.

Prognosis: We will stock again on Thursday with 1000 lbs of Sierra Bows. We will be open every day from December 23rd thru New Year's Day. So you can try out your new gear even on Christmas Day.
