CATFISH BITE:
Those anglers braving the tropical storm were rewarded with limits of Catfish! Anglers all over the lake were setting the hook and enjoying great fishing. The T-dock, Cloister Cove, Eagle Point, and Hermit Cove continue to produce limits. Anglers reported soaking Mackerel, Chicken Livers, Nightcrawlers, and Hog Wild dip bait. If you are new to fishing or need advice, please visit our bait and tackle shop for up to date fishing advice and information.
BASS BITE:
The Bass continue to bite, with several Bass over five pounds being caught this past week. Drop-shotting plastic worms and fly-lining Senkos have been producing larger fish. The lake is open for fishing every day during the month of July!
TROUT AND PANFISH
The T-Dock continues to produce late season trout.Bluegill have been reported biting on Redworms and Waxworms.
CATCHES OF THE WEEK
Daniel Calderson of San Diego landed his first fish ever! Calderson and his friends managed to land six Catfish in Cloister Cove soaking nightcrawlers.
Brean and Colin from Lakeside, managed to land three nice Catfish. The duo was soaking an unknown bait from the T-dock.

Best Trout Spots: (Deep Waters) Buoy Line, Cactus Patch, Half Moon Cove.
Best Trout Lures/Bait: Nightcrawlers, PowerBait, PowerWorms & Mini Jigs
Best Bass Spots: Half Moon Cove,Shadow Cove, Sentry Cove.
Best Bass Lures/Bait: Creature baits, drop -shot, crawdads & swimbaits
Best Catfish Spots: Deeper waters
Best Catfish Bait: Mackerel, Chicken Liver, & Dough Bait
Best Panfish Spots: Coves
Best Panfish Lures/Bait: Mealworms & Nightcrawlers

Sunday through Thursday 6 A.M to 7:30 P.M. and Friday & Saturday 6 A.M. to Midnight (gates close at 10 P.M.)
Lake Jennings Catfish Season is in full swing with 6,000 pounds of Catfish stocked to date!!!
