Hello from Your Lake Jennings: If this looks like a carbon copy, it is (almost). We are heading into the Summer doldrums. The best times are the first and last hours of daylight for all species. The only surface activity for the bass is at the buoyline throwing into the bubbles. The rest of the bass are at the edge of the weed line. Boaters have the best chance at cats because they are moving deep. We are back to our normal schedule of 5PM until midnight on Friday. Saturday 5:30 AM until midnight and Sunday 5:30 AM until 8:30 PM.

Best Cat Spots: Both the middle of the Hermit Cove buoyline and anywhere along the dam buoyline.
Best Cat Bait: Mackerel and chicken livers. Use scent liberally.
Best Bass Spots: Dam buoyline casting towards the bubbles. Also fish the weedline.
Best Bass Lures/Bait: Morning Dawn worms and creature baits.
Water Temp: 82 degrees.
Prognosis: We are back to our normal schedule. Our last catfish plant of the season was August Friday August 10th.
