Next Plant:

Water Temperature:
At surface 72.86 f., 5.61 D.O. @ 20' 73.40 f., 5.29 D.O.

Water level:
Low level, private water craft are currently banned.

Lake Wohlford will remain closed on weekdays until December and the start of trout season.

In order to protect Wohlford from invasive exotic Quagga mussels, there is still a temporary ban on private water craft and equipment that could have been exposed to mussels. Restricted equipment includes private boats, canoes, kayaks, float tubes, trolling motors, fish finders, anchors and other equipment that contacts the water.

Lake Wohlford is offering $20 all day motorboats to seniors on Tuesdays and to active military on the first and third Saturdays of each month.

The bass fishing continues to be good. Bass can be found near rock piles especially in the morning and late afternoons. Dark colored plastics do particularly well.
