Good afternoon, I hope everyone is safe and well. I wanted to check in and let you know that while we are still not allowed to carry passengers in San Diego, we are getting closer. We have officially been declared a stage 3 business for San Diego. What does that mean? It means we are officially in a category where for the past 2 months we were in limbo not knowing what category or when we would be given the green light.

At this time Ocean Odyssey is usually finishing up her contract work for the San Diego Floating Lab, but that was shut down on March 13 so we have just been doing some odd jobs on the boat to prepare for the fishing season. We will be doing some more maintenance that couldn't get done until this week because of the business closures, so if San Diego sport boats are given the green light to run this coming week...unfortunately we will not be able to join the fun. We are expecting to run our first trip mid-June, schedule to be posted when we are given the go-ahead.

As of this typing all of our 2020 scheduled offshore trips will be run as usual. We will have enhanced sanitation and personal safety protocols in place and yes, face coverings will be required. If you have a medical reason that you cannot wear a face cover, please contact the Ocean Odyssey office or H & M Landing and we will work with you on rescheduling for a later time when that restriction may be loosened.

There are still a lot of spaces available on trips and some prime dates for whole boat charters if you haven't booked yours yet. Check the schedule and get onboard, we cannot wait to see you. Book Online Here or call the office at (619) 889-4535.
