Stocking: Another 1,500 pounds of Rainbow Trout was stocked last week from Wrights Rainbows. Our next planned stocking is the week of Feb. 12th. We will continue to stock Rainbow Trout through April. The total stock this season will be 19,000 pounds from Wrights Rainbows.

What’s the Catch? Anglers are having success on gold Kastmasters around Eagle Point. Steady action has been coming from shoreline and trollers fishing through the deeper edges. 

Bass fishing continues to impress with some headline catches last weekend! An 11.35-pound largemouth was recently landed in Siesta Cove. The lake record was caught last Friday, an incredible 17.6-pound bass throwing big swimbaits. These trophy fish are cruising deeper structure and transition zones.

For more consistent action, smaller bass are biting well on shiners, making live bait a great option for anglers looking to stay busy throughout the day.
