40 anglers, 10 Bluefin Tuna. Bluefin moved back into our zone today, we were a little far away in search mode when they popped up but we made it there in time to get a sample. We are really looking forward to spending the whole day there on tomorrow’s trip! The trip is definite go with a very light load and has plenty of room for you!

Next week’s schedule:

Tomorrow: Offshore Full Day, definite go!

Tuesday: Offshore Full Day, definite go!

Wednesday: Offshore Full Day, needs a few more to run!

Thursday: Private party charter

Friday: Offshore Full Day, definite go!

Tackle recommendation:

1. A flyline setup with good fresh 25 or 30lb monofilament matched with equal test flurocarbon and #4 to 2/0 hooks. Small sliding egg sinkers.

2. A 40-50lb outfit with matching flurocarbon for sinker rig fishing using 4-6 ounce torpedo sinkers and heavy duty rubber bands. This rig is also great for Daiwa Zakana jigs and SK jigs.

Departing seven days a week at 5:30am, check-in begins at 4:45am. Passports NOT required. Bunks are available and free of charge, please provide your own bedding if needed. No fuel surcharge.

Our trips do not include fishing licenses. If you have an annual Mexican permit and/or California fishing license, please bring it and you will not be required to purchase any additional licenses.
