Deep water rock cod is now open!
What we recommend is
- short 40lb topshot with lots of braid
-12-20 ounce sinkers
-4/0 hooks
The fish have been anywhere from 300-600 feet.
Make sure you have plenty of line, bigger reels are needed for this type of fishing
