Captain Andrew Viola called in at 10:08 AM with an audio update from the Pacifica out of Seaforth Sportfishing. We are having steady action today. We already have limits of Bluefin Tuna and 22 Yellowfin Tuna. The Bluefin Tuna are mostly 20 to 30 pounds, there are handful in the 35 to 40 pound range and one standout at about 60 pounds. The Yellowfin Tuna are also 20 to 30 pounds with a few coming in at 35 to 40 pounds. The fishing is very good.

We started the day catching them on sinker rings but as the drift continued they started biting on fly-lined baits.
