The TRIBUTE returns Sunday night from a 2 day trip with 29 anglers catching 51 bluefin tuna, 55 yellowfin tuna and 72 yellowtail.

The CORTEZ returned Sunday morning from a 2.5 day with 7 bluefin tuna to 100 pounds and 131 yellowfin tuna.

The APOLLO'S 2 day caught 141 yellowfin tuna, 9 bluefin tuna and 1 skipjack.

The PRIDE boated 27 bluefin, 104 yellowfin, 1 dorado, 2 skipjack and 1 yellowtail for 14 anglers on a 2 day charter.

A common tackle tip theme from the captains this week has been to make sure you have 20-25 pound line outfits with matching fluorocarbon leaders. #4, #2 and #1 hooks preferred.

The San Diego called in an early report from it's full day trip with 50 Yellowfin Tuna onboard. Captain Ryan suggests light line and small hooks for the Yellowfin. The TRIBUTE checked in from the first day of a two day with 25 bluefin tuna to 40#'s, 72 yellowtail and 5 yellowfin tuna. He still was in a bluefin stop as of 6:30 pm with multiple fish hooked up.The VOYAGER's overnight charter had great fishing with 15 anglers boating 75 yellowfin tuna and 1 bluefin tuna.The EL GATO DOS caught 3 bluefin, 8 yellowfin, 8 dorado and 3 yellowtail for his 6 anglers on a chartered full day trip.......
