The catfish bite has stayed consistent throughout the week. I have received many reports of catfish being caught on chicken liver this week. The bass bite has also picked up with reports of fish on topwater baits such as rats, frogs, and spooks in the early mornings and late evenings. Lakes 3 and 4 were stocked today with 500 pounds of catfish each.
