ATTENTION New Mexican governmental regulations mandate that if you are going on a trip fishing within 12 miles of the Mexican coastline you MUST have a PASSPORT. Update: Boats in the fleet are reporting fish counts of Yellowfin Tuna in Overnight range! This is a great sign of things to come.
