The San Diego is returning from another good day of yellowtail fishing at the islands, 34 yellowtail in the 20-25 lb class. The majority of the fish are hitting the yo yo iron but a few are also being caught on bait and the surface jig. The San Diego departs daily for the Coronado Islands at 5:30am

3-18-2014The 3/4 Day boat the San Diego has had an exceptional start to the year with regards to their Yellowtail fishing and today was no exception. The 3/4 day boat SAN DIEGO finished their day with 14 Yellowtail and 1 Lingcod. Captain Ryan reporting seeing good quantities of Yellowtail still but they are just reluctant to bite. The half day boat New Seaforth had a 25# Halibut on the afternoon trip along with 9 Calico Bass and 64 mixed Rockfish for 18 anglers. ...... Read More
