Lake Murray has been very consistent with all species being caught. Trout are hitting on Power bait, kastmasters and rooster tails. The bass are hitting on Trout swimbaits and night crawlers.

Water Temp.: 52

Bass: Excellent
Avg. Size: 5-10 lbs

Bluegill: Excellent
Avg. Size: 1-2 lbs

Catfish: Good
Avg. Size: 3-4 lbs

Crappie: Fair

Trout: Good

The lake was stocked with trout this Thur 2/6/14. These fish are tagged with different $ amounts. Lake Murray has been very consistent with all species being caught. A 3 lb Talapia was caught on Sat. 2/8/14 Trout are hitting on power bait, Kastmasters and Rooster tails. The bass are hitting on Trout swimbaits and night crawlers.
