The lake was stocked with trout on Thursday 1/9/14. These fishes are tagged with different $ amounts.
Lake Murray has been very consistent with all the species being caught.


Trout are hitting on Powerbait, Kastmasters and Rooster tails. The bass are hitting on trout swimbaits and night crawlers.


Bass: Excellent
Avg. Size: 5-10 lbs.

Bluegill: Excellent
Avg. Size: 1-2 lbs

Catfish: Good
Avg. Size: 3-4 lbs

Crappie: Fair

Trout: Good
