Lower Otay had a trout plant on 10/29 and so far they have stayed near the docks. The bass are getting hungry. Anglers are saying that Itay Arm is the hot spot. Rumors are that the big fish are being caught on swimbait or live bait. Shiners are still a good way to go for the bass, but the big boys seem to prefer swimbait.
