Lake Conditions Surface temperature is 68.8 and 67.6 @ 20ft. A few degrees warmer in the north end. The water visibility is at about 2' to 3'.

Trout Nothing reported this week as most anglers were preoccupied with the great Bass bite.
Bass Bass in numbers are turning heads and reels. They're hitting on plastics like Hotcakes. The guys seem to know their spots and bounce from nest to nest, catch and releasing small to mid size Large Mouth. John Fiehler and Mike Fourman did a complete check of the lake compiling 30 to 35 through the day. Tom Judish had the same luck with the largest being 6lbs 2ozs using senko off Geezer cove.

Catfish The Catfish have been doing very well this week. Mr. Purefoy and son were two of many who were near Cabin cove pulling in limits.

Blue Gill No Pan fish were reported this week.

Crappie The crappies have moved away from shore and have been found in the deeper waters near the Dam and at the eastern end of the narrows.

Carp These fish are being caught on a more regular basis while anglers are looking for meatier fair.
