Fishing at Lake Jennings has become a hit or miss proposition

Ice jigs are starting to catch some bass mostly on the points. Trout continue to be spotty. Bait is working best for trout. Trolling 8 hrs. might get you 1 fish. No one has been fishing for cats so no report.

Best Catfish Spots: Anywhere along the dam buoyline.
Best Catfish Bait: Mackerel and chicken livers. Use scent liberally.
Best Bass Spots: 40 to 50 ft. of water on the points
Best Bass Lures/Bait: Crawdads and ice jigs in 50 ft on the points.
Best Trout Spots: Cactus Patch in 50 ft of water.
Best Trout Bait: The bait that catches the most trout is a 3 way tie: Salmon, peach Power Bait and crawlers.
