The 14 anglers checked at Upper Otay last week reported catching 11 bass and 4 bluegill. The surface temperature is listed at 81 degrees.

Upper Otay is operating on a Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday schedule for shore-fishing and float-tubing only. Artificial lures with barbless hooks only, no live bait. Catch and release only.
