New Seaforth Half Day Yellowtail
- The New Seaforth had another exciting PM half day trip today finishing up with 35 Yellowtail! They have been seeing some excellent local action on both its half-day trips, with anglers getting into Bass, Barracuda, and Bonito, along with opportunities at quality Yellowtail. A 20–30 lb live-bait setup with #4 through 2/0 hooks is recommended. Surface irons, yo yo irons, stickbaits, and smaller sniper-style jigs have also been producing well. Rod rentals and fishing licenses are available at the landing during check-in.
Wednesday Returning Trips
- The Tribute finished up their Overnight with 16 Yellowfin, 10 Dorado and 5 Yellowtail.
- The Apollo returned this morning from a 2 day with 1 Wahoo, 80 Yellowfin Tuna, 16 Dorado and 30 Skipjack.
- The Pacific Voyager ended their 2 day with 1 Bluefin Tuna, 61 Yellowtail and 12 White seabass.
Wednesday San Diego Full Day
- The San Diego finished up their trip with 7 Yellowfin Tuna, 20 Skipjack and 6 Dorado. Fly-lined live bait on 15–30 lb tackle has been getting it done, along with smaller-sized sniper-style jigs. Be sure to bring multiple hook sizes, ranging from #2 to 2/0. Passports are not required.
