Offshore Update
- Anglers coming out on upcoming offshore trips come prepared with anything from 25lb-100lb setups, fish have been in the 30-80lb range as well as some boats getting into the jumbos over 100lbs with a hand full weighting in Tuna over 200lbs. Tackle recommendations are a 25-40lb fly line setup with hook sizes 2-2/0 and fluorocarbon is always recommended. Sinker rigs on 50lb-80lb and daytime sniper style jigs. Nightime setups with 80lb-100lb and jig sizes 160g-400g depending on conditions. Tackle rentals are available for all trips.
Monday Returning Trips
- The Highliner overnight trip returned with limits of Bonito.
- The Tribute 1.5 Day trip returned with 5 Bluefin Tuna ranging from 110-200lbs.
- The Voyager 1.5 Day trip finished with 1 Yellowtail and 10 Bonito.
- The Pacific Voyager 2.5 Day returned with 60 Bluefin Tuna, 15 Yellowtail, and 60 Reds.
- The Polaris Supreme 3 Day trip finished with limits of Bluefin Tuna, limits of Reds, 15 Yellowtail. Over 35 Bluefin tuna were in the 100+ pound range.
San Diego Full Day
- The San Diego will be heading offshore starting tomorrow Tuesday 5/26! They will be targeting Tuna and Yellowtail. Come prepared with a 20-40lb setup with hooks from #4-2/0 as well as a heavier setup 50-80lb to fish the sinker rig or sniper style jig.
Sea Watch 3/4
- The Sea Watch will be heading back out Thursday May 28th on a local 3/4 trip. It has been very good mixed bag fishing with fun action on Calico Bass and some good shots at nice grade yellowtail!
New Seaforth 1/2 Day
- The New Seaforth Calico bass bite and kelp bed fishing has been on fire recently with some Yellowtail making a showing as well! Come prepared with a 20-30lb live bait setup or some plastics for the Calico Bass. Make those reservations spots can fill up fast! Rod rentals and licenses are available when you check in. They are also scheduled for twilight trips every night of the week departing at 6pm!

Sunday Offshore Update The Highliner departs on an overnight at 7PM with spots available! Sea Watch 3/4 Day The Sea Watch is online tomorrow 5/25 for a local 3/4 day from 7am-4pm with spots open!
