The New Seaforth kicked off the 2024 rockfish season opener with 200 assorted rockfish and 4 Vermilion rockfish for their 44 AM Half Day anglers. The PM ended with 30 assorted rockfish, 15 Vermilion rockfish, 10 Whitefish, 2 Sheephead and 1 Sculpin for 12 anglers. We still have plenty of openings throughout the week for those wanting to bag up a limit of rockfish before the Tuna really start biting. Saturday Returning Trips The Polaris Supreme returned from their Two Day trip with 43 Bluefin Tuna. 35 of those fish were in the 100 to 180 pounds. The Tribute 1.5 Day trip finished with 6 Bluefin Tuna, with fish ranging from 80 to 170 pounds.
