LONG RANGE ACTION REPORT!!! EXCEL went for a 5 day trip with 34 Anglers. They brought in 220 Yellowtail, 99 Albies, 36 Yellowfin & 29 Dorado. Jackpot went to Tom Mechado with a 71.2 lb Yellowfin, 2nd pot goes to James Yavos with 69.8 lb Yellowfin and the 3rd spot went to Lee Ward with 64.4 lb Yellowfin. Execellent fishing. BEST OFFSHORE ACTION!!! They hit all three Islands -Lupe, Cedros, & Benitos on a 5 day trip. It was flat calm weather. Incredible Trip!! 34 Anglers scored 348 Yellows, 82 Yellowfin, 12 Dorado, & 2 WAHOO. Honorable mention to Dan Robinson(40.6 lb Yellowtail) & Norm Sogioka (42.8 lb Wahoo). 1st jackpot went to Edgar Garcia(San Ramon) with 67.7 lb Yellowfin. 2nd place went to Michael Young(Los Angeles) with 56.7 lb Yellowfin. 3rd goes to Jerry Stires(Hilendale) with 56.6 lb Yellowfin.
