The New Lo-An returns this AM with 53 Bluefin Tuna for their 24 anglers on a two day trip. These fish are 20-60 lbs with one at 152lbs!. Their trip departing Wednesday 4-19-23 at 10:00 A.M. is a WILL RUN FOR SURE! This is trip is priced at $625 and includes the mexican permit. Give us a call at 619-223-1627 or book online.

Daily Double on yesterday's 1/2 Day AM had 21 anglers catching 84 Red Rockfish, 73 Rockfish 


The Daily Double had a great morning 1/2 day trip yesterday they had good conditions and everyone had the proper gear. They ended their day with 72 Red Rockfish and 71 Misc .Rockfish for 18 anglers.

They are a WILL RUN for today!

*They do recommend 30-40# setups with braid and 12-16 oz sinkers.

Local fishing trip:

The ½ day boat Daily Double departs time at 8:30 AM for local trips to the kelp beds and other hot spots.  Click here to book (Schedule)

The full day boat Mission Belle has trips to the Coronado Islands starting on Sunday, April 2nd. The Belle will be targeting Yelowtail, bass and Rockfish. A valid passport or passport card is required for all passengers going on this trip. (Schedule)

The 2023 schedules for the El Capitan, New Lo-An, Oceanside 95 and T-Bird are now available online. Bluefin Tuna from 40# to 100# are biting in 1.5 day range. You can book your reservation through the following links:

FISH PROCESSING RESERVATIONS 

If you're planning on taking a trip with us this season, we encourage you to set up an appointment with one of the 3 fish processors working with Point Loma Sportfishing. If you do not have an advance reservation, there is a strong chance the processors will be unable to process your fish when you return back to the dock.
