Hey guys! Pictured above is Alan Dela Cruz with a nice rainbow trout out of Lake 5! We stocked lakes 3 and 4 last Friday with 500 lbs. of rainbow trout each. We will be stocking Lakes 3 and 4 this Friday as well with 500 lbs. in each lake! This upcoming stock will be the last of the trout stocks for this season, so make sure to not miss out! It's looking like there will be a little rain Friday and Saturday, but clearing up for Sunday so plan your fishing trip accordingly! Best bet is to use powerbait or a mini jig for the trout. Garlic and salmon peach scent has been working the best for powerbait. Rooster tails, kastmasters, atomic tubes, and rat tails have been the most popular for mini jigs. The bass bite has been pretty slow recently. Best bet would be to toss out a crankbait, lipless, or a sinko. Our park hours change this upcoming Sunday from closing at 5pm to closing at 7pm. Yay for more time to fish!

If you're feeling hungry while you're out here fishing stop on by Angry Pete's Pizza! Located next door to the general store they serve Pizza, sandwiches, burgers, sweets, and beer! We hope to see you out here!
