How's it going everyone! This fish was caught during the re-opener on the 14th and 15th of January! We stocked lakes 3 and 4 with 1000 lbs of rainbow trout each and we stocked lake 7 with 500 lbs. Since we stocked the re-opener the bite has been really good! We will be stocking Lakes 3 and 6 with 500 lbs each on the 27th of January as well! Best bet is to use powerbait or mini jig for the trout. Garlic and salmon peach scent has been working the best for powerbait. Rooster tails, kastmasters, atomic tubes, and rat tails have been the most popular for mini jigs. It looks like we have good weather lined up for Friday and Saturday with a storm coming in on Sunday and staying through tuesday. Keep that in mind when planning your fishing trip and we hope to see you soon!

Lake Lowdown
