Sheila Martinez from Chula Vista was fishing on 4/17 and landed this Largemouth using a drop shot/ morning dawn roboworm.

The bass spawn is still happening and the bite is still good. Anglers have reported catching a little deeper than last week. The most popular methods have been drop shot, reaction baits, swim baits, Texas rigs, and ned rig. Bluegill reports have started coming in this week. “ OTAY” Bluegill love red worms and crickets!
