Anglers reported catching bass in Harveys Arm this weekend in shallow water, not in the tulles, but next to them. Solid crappie reports still coming in out of North Point. With the colder weather setting in, this is a good time to catch catfish. Stop in Otay concessions for all your bait and tackle need and rent a boat.
