Good top water bass bite in the early morning and late evenings. Tight to the bank and the tules in the heat of the day. The bluegill bite has been fantastic. It was an off year for bluegill fishing at Otay because of the water level. Their normal coves are gone, so they move to other places. They are about 20 feet off shore and 10-20 feet deep moving into the shallows to feet.
