The bass bite was fair last week, most fish coming out 20' to 35' of water on finesse baits. Quite a few suspended largemouth following silversides. It shouldn't be long for the bait to get pushed to the surface, with the largies feeding up on top. Bluegill, and red ear still taking drop shot nightcrawlers in the backs of cuts, and coves Catfish went unreported to the concession.

Bass fishing was fair last week, most of the largies coming in on finesse baits fished in 20' to 30' of water. There  also have been some fish suspended on schools of silversides, but have been difficult to catch.  Still a few bluegill, an red ear taking nightcrawlers fished on drop shot rigs. Still some from, and buzzbait action early, after that it's drop shot in 25' to 30' of water. Still some decent bluegill, and red ear showing on drop shot night crawlers in the backs of cuts, and coves.
