Welcome to Lake Miramar in Scripps Ranch San Diego. The water is warming and we are moving towards the summer and the bass bite has been good. The calm, glassy waters in the morning have seen fish jumping looking for food. Cast on top of them with a rubber Flash-J shad and no weight. Reeling in slowly. Bluegill are biting on the small wax and meal worms. The best action has been in Penesquitos Point. We also saw the trout bite pick up this week. Good luck out there.

Bluegill are small but action is action. Meal and wax worm with no weight and a bobber are the ticket. ...... Read More
