*** We just got word from the Mission Belle that they have 23 Bluefin on the deck and they are seeing lots of encouraging activity.  They also informed us that everyone needs to break out the 40-50# gear, if you dont have any the tackle shop can set you up with what you need! ***

The T-Bird returned from a 1.5 day trip with 25 anglers catching 2 Bluefin, 4 Bonito and 30 Rockfish.

The Intrepid returned from a 3 day trip with 26 anglers catching  62 Bluefin and 22 Yellowtail. The Bluefin were 40-80 pounds with one fish at 114.8 pounds.

The Game Changer returned from a 2.5 day trip with 4 Bluefin and 7 Yellowtail for 6 anglers. The Bluefin were up to 40 pounds and the Yellowtail were between 12 and 15 pounds.

The American Angler and its 28 anglers returmed this morning and had LIMITS (56) Bluefin ranging from 18-119# pounds.  The American Angler has openings for their 1.5 day trips May 10th and May 12th.  Call Lori at (619)223-5414 to book.  Check back here for more updates!

Local Trips:

The Daily Double has ½ day trips scheduled every day to the local kelp beds. The departure time is 8:30 am. Trips are limited to 24 passengers. The Daily Double is offering afternoon ½ day trips on Fridays and Saturdays during April and May. Departure time is 3:00 pm with a return time of 8:30 pm. 

The Mission Belle will be fishing offshore for Bluefin and Yellowtail next week. The ticket price $200.00 and includes your fishing permit for Mexico. The departure time is 6:00 am. NO passport required.
