Catfish were planted yesterday and are being caught throughout the lake. Our final catfish plant will take place in two weeks on July 31st. The first of three July catfish plants went in yesterday. We have recently expanded our bait options to include catfish bait. We now offer frozen; chicken liver, mackerel, and anchovies. Largemouth Bass can be found lurking around structure and respond well to crawdads, frogs, and other dark colored plastics. Crappie are being caught in modest numbers.
