July 23, 2020, COVID Update: We have received many calls from concerned customers regarding their fishing trips. We are OPEN and will be running all trips as scheduled. Our fleet is doing everything they can to ensure that we observe all safety protocols to provide the safest environment possible for your fishing trip.

07/24/2020
The Pegasus called in with 20 Bluefin Tuna, 8 Yellowfin Tuna, 1 Dorado, amd 36 Yellowtail for 20 anglers on their 1.5 Day trip. 

Western Star had 22 Reds and 30 Rorckfish fir their 1/2 day trip with 5 anglers.

The Liberty caught 1 Yellowfin Tuna and 1 Bluefin Tuna for 35 anglers. 

The Intrigue caught and released 1 Blue Marlin on their Full Day trip for 6 anglers. 

The Dolphin AM trip caught 104 Rockfish, 41 Reds, and 1 Ling Cod for 36 anglers. 

The Dolphin PM trip caught 60 Rockfish for 20 anglers. 

The Outrider called in with LIMITS (22) of Bluefin Tuna (up to 70#), 1 Dorado and 1 Yellowtail for 11 anglers on their Overnight trip.

The Bight returned late last night with 3 Bluefin Tuna for 3 anglers. 

The Shogun returned from their 1.5 day trip with 53 Bluefin Tuna, 8 Yellowfin Tuna, and 3 Yellowtail. 

The Pacific Queen returned with 85 Bluefin Tuna (up to 80#) and 55 Yellowfin Tuna (25-45#) for their 3 Day Trip for 24 anglers.

The Condor returned with 27 Yellowfin Tuna, 16 Yellowtail, 11 Dorado and 6 Bluefin Tuna on their 1.5 Day Trip for 26 anglers. They reported beautiful weather.

The Tomahawk returned with 10 Bluefin Tuna and 33 Yellowfin Tuna on their 1.5 day for 20 anglers.

The Dolphin AM caught 53 Rockfish, 41 Reds, 1 Sheephead, and 1 Sandbass for 21 anglers.

The Dolphin PM caught 51 Rockfish, 46 Reds, and 3 Lingcod for 27 anglers.

The Liberty called in with 7 Yellowfin Tuna and 6 Bluefin Tuna (75-100 lbs.) for 36 anglers. 

The Pegasus  returned with LIMITS (40) of Yellowfin Tuna (20 to 35 lbs.) and LIMITS (16) of Bluefin Tuna for 8 anglers.

The Fortune  returned with 28 Yellowfin Tuna and 1 Bluefin Tuna for their family 1.5 Day Charter.

Boats are recommending 25-pound outfits for the Yellowfin and Yellowtail. 40 to 60-pound outfits for mid-size Bluefin Tuna. 80 to 100-pound outfits for the bigger size Bluefin.

  • Hook size, they are recommending number 1 to 2/0 size circle hooks.  They are catching the Bluefin on fly-line rigs, sinkers-rigs, and flat fall jigs.

As of right now, all passengers must bring a face mask on all trips. Passengers on Overnight trips and longer need to bring their own pillow and blankets. The crews will be cleaning and sanitizing all common areas frequently.
