Bass Action Has Been Good

Bass are biting very actively around the dam area. They are going for crank baits towards deeper water. Bass are also biting around our handicap dock and along the shorelines on plastics. Crappie are not very active but those that are being caught are going for white jigs and also blue and chrome color crank baits. Catfish are biting frequently all over the lake on night crawlers, neon red worms and mackerel.

Bluegill are being caught in large amounts around our docks and boat ramp on night crawlers. The bow fisherman have been getting big carp going towards the freeway.
