It’s all about the Largemouth Bass and the Bluegill bite here at Otay Lake. Its been hot for bass in the tulles this week with the Margarita Mauler and the Robo worms working best. Give yourself an 18 inch leader and with a drop drop shot and just about any worm whether it be live or plastics and you should do well. The bluegill bite has been excellent with a few 2 pounders caught over the weekend. Night crawlers and red worms are working best. Trout, crappie and catfish bit has been slow.
