Monday morning update - Bluefin Tuna are biting......

The New Lo-An returned this morning from a 1.5 day trip with 21 Bluefin Tuna, 1 Yellowtail and 4 Yellowfin Tuna for 22 passengers. Twelve of the Bluefin weighed between 120 lbs and 170 lbs. The kite accounted for most of these tuna but Flat Falls and sinker rigs did catch some fish as well. Make sure you bring an 80# outfit.

The Game Changer also returned this morning from a 1.5 day trip with 11 Bluefin Tuna ranging from 130 lbs to 170 lbs for 6 passengers,

 Departing tonight:

The New Lo-An has a 1.5 day trip departing at 6:00 pm. Ticket price is $450.00 and includes meals and a Mexican fishing permit. Limited to 25 passengers. THIS TRIP IS A DEFINITE GO! Only 13 passengers booked at this time

 Departing Tuesday:

The El Capitan has a 1.5 day trip departing at 8:00 pm. Ticket price is $445.00 and includes meals. Limited to 18 passengers.


 

New trips added:

 Local trips:

The Daily Double departs twice a day for ½ day trips to the local kelp beds. Departure times are 8:30 am and 3:00 pm.

The  Point Loma has local ¾ day trips scheduled every day. Departure time is 6:30 am. No passport required for this trip.

The Mission Belle is currently running full day trip to the Coronado Islands. Departure time is 6:00 am. All passengers will need a valid passport or passport card to board the boat.
 

Some things to keep in mind in order to be able to go forward are that social distancing practices and safe medical practices must be adhered to and are as follows:

1. Any angler that has any cold or flu symptoms must stay at home.

2. All anglers must wear a mask and that covers both mouth and nose.

3. Anglers must keep a minimum of a 6-foot distance at all times.

4. All anglers fishing on an Overnight trip or longer must bring their own pillow and blanket.
