It was another good week of bass fishing, breaking fish in the mid morning has made for some good top water action. Small flukes, swimsuits and walking baits all caught the boilers. Later in the day sub surface baits, and finesse bottom presentations worked well. Most of the largemouth have been in the 1lb. To 3lb. range. The lakes bull bluegill and rewear are still biting well on drop shotted nightcrawler, red worms, and mealworms in the back of coves and creek channels all over the lake. There were no catfish reported to the concession last week.
