The Dolphin AM trip caught 108 Rockfish for 14 anglers. 

The Dolphin PM trip caught 56 Rockfish, 9 Calico Bass, 1 Sand Bass, and 1 Sheep Head for 36 anglers. '

The Liberty called in with 20 Yellowtail, 62 Calico Bass, 5 Rockfish, and 12 Barracuda for 30 anglers on a Full Day trip. 

The Pegasus called in at 7:00 AM with 4 bluefin on deck (125-140lbs).

The Pacific Queen returned with 4 Bluefin Tuna (110-150#),  95 Yellowtail (10-15#) and 18 Yellowfin Tuna for their 1.5-day trip. They recommend bringing a 60-80# outfit.

The Searcher returned with 2 Bluefin Tuna, 4 Yellowfin Tuna, and 1 Yellowtail for 11 anglers on their 1.5 Day trip.  

The Tomahawk returned with 2 Yellowfin Tuna (30-40#) and 3 Bluefin Tuna (1 @150# / 1@190#) for their extended 1.5-day trip. They reported great signs of fish. 

The Outrider returned with 8 Bluefin Tuna (110-216 lbs.) and 7 Yellowfin Tuna (up to 30#) and 1 Yellowtail for 5 anglers on their extended 1.5-day trip.

The Liberty returned with 23 Yellowtail, 45 Calico Bass, and 5 Rockfish for 31 anglers. 

The Dolphin AM trip returned with 45 Calico Bass, 100 Released Calico Bass, 25 Sheep Head, 1 Barracuda, 5 Rockfish, and 1 Sand Bass for 37 anglers.

The Dolphin PM trip returned with 49 Calico Bass, 100 Released Calico Bass, 12 Sheep Head, 8 Rockfish, and 1 Barracuda for 34 anglers. 

The Condor  returned with 5 Yellowtail and 2 Bluefin Tuna on their 1.5 Day trip with 28 anglers. 

The Pegasus  returned with 5 Bluefin Tuna (4 120-130 lbs.), 4 Yellowfin Tuna, and 8 Yellowtail for 10 anglers.

Tackle Recommendation for Overnight trips to 3-day trips:

  • Boats are recommending 25-pound outfits for the Yellowfin and Yellowtail. 40 to 60-pound outfits for mid-size Bluefin Tuna. 80 to 100-pound outfits for the bigger size Bluefin.
  • Hook size, they are recommending number 1 to 2/0 size circle hooks.  They are catching the Bluefin on fly-line rigs, sinkers-rigs, and flat fall jigs.

As of right now, all passengers must bring a face mask on all trips. Passengers on Overnight trips and longer need to bring their own pillow and blankets. The crews will be cleaning and sanitizing all common areas frequently.
