The water level rose from all fo the rain, yet we are seeing fish more out of the deep water and more so along the coast. Black and watermelon senkos fished weightless has been a favorite. Robo worms or albino (tiny) flukes seem to work as well fished on a dropshot. For bait fisherman, both small and medium sized shiners have been working for bass (small ones for Crappie).
