The Mission Belle is going out for sure on their Full Day trip on Saturday morning. They have a very light load and the fleet is reporting a great sign of Yellowfin Tuna and Yellowtail offshore. We have also gotten reports of very nice weather and calm seas. Give us a call to book!

The New Lo-An will be returning Saturday morning from their 2.75 day trip. They caught 67 Bluefin Tuna (20 to 60lbs) and 10 Yellowfin Tuna (20 to 30lbs). The next chance to get out on the New Lo-An is Tuesday 11/26/2019 on a 1.5 day trip that departs at 8pm.  

Upcoming Trips:

The T-Bird has 1½ day trips scheduled to depart on Friday, Sunday and Wednesday nights. Ticket price is $350 and includes your Mexican fishing permit and bunk.

The Game Changer has a 2½ day trip departing on 11/29 at 6:00pm. Ticket price is $1250.00 per person. All trips include chef prepared meals, beverages/cocktails, permits, rods/reels and tackle, fish filleting.

The New Lo-An has added a new 2.75 trip departing at 12pm on November 29th to return at 6am December 2nd. Trip cost $810 per person which includes your bunk, meals, and permits.


Lobster Trips:

The Josie Lynn will be offering Lobster trips this upcoming Lobster season. Ticket price is $120 per person and includes 2 hoops per person. Trips depart at 5:00 pm and return at 10:00 pm Monday through Saturday. The boat will have beer, wine, sodas and pizza available for purchase. Trips are limited to 5 passengers. Lobster report card and California fishing license are additional.

They Josie Lynn has also added combination afternoon 1/2 Day Lobster trips departing every Saturday in November departing at 1pm and returning at 10pm. Ticket price is $250 and includes 2 hoops per person.




The ½ day boat Daily Double departs at 8:30 am for fishing at the local kelp beds and other hot spots. Ticket price is $52 for adults, $42 for seniors or active duty military and $37 for juniors. A California fishing license and equipment rentals are additional.

The Mission Belle has Offshore Tuna trips scheduled all week long. No passport required for this trip! Trip cost is $160 per person and includes your Mexican fishing permit. CA license extra if needed.


Effective June 26, 2019 Point Loma Sportfishing has made some changes to the way we process payments. A small processing fee (3.5%) will be applied to all credit card transactions. Previously this cost was included in our prices but due to rising costs it needs to be factored separately. Thank you for your understanding.

Captain Adam on the New Lo-An just called in with an update from their 1.5 day trip. They have caught 20 Bluefin Tuna ranging from 40 to 110lbs.
