The Chief returned this morning with 8 Bluefin tuna between 80 and 301lbs, 7 Yellowtail, and 60 Calico Bass for their 21 anglers.
The 1/2 day boat Point Loma departs at 8:30 am for fishing at the local kelp beds and other hot spots. Ticket price is $52 for adults, $42 for seniors or active duty military and $37 for juniors. A California fishing license is additional. The Point Loma is now offering two trips a day 7 days a week. Departure times are at 8:30 am and at 3:00 pm.
The Mission Belle has Full Day Coronado Islands trips scheduled every day. These trips will be fishing for Yellowtail, Bass, Rockfish and other local species. Ticket price is $155 and includes your Mexican fishing license. A VALID PASSPORT OR PASSPORT CARD ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS TRIP.
Effective June 26, 2019 Point Loma Sportfishing has made some changes to the way we process payments. A small processing fee (3.5%) will be applied to all credit card transactions. Previously this cost was included in our prices but due to rising costs it needs to be factored separately. Thank you for your understanding.

8-6-2019Capt. Alan returned with the El Capitan from their 1.5 day trip with 10 Dorado and 4 Yellowtail for their 12 anglers. Capt. Rick Russell aboard the Chief checked in with 5 Bluefin Tuna, one that taped out at 310lbs, one at 295lbs, one at 289lbs, one at 140lbs and the final at 130lbs..
