25 anglers checked and released 140 bass this weekend. The bluegill bit is still great but they are deeper than earlier this month. Big catfish reports this week as well.

El Capitan ReservoirBass are top water in the the morning and then about 20 feet deep. The afternoon bite is still good here at El Capitan. The bigger bluegill are a little more difficult to fins, but still tons of decent ones being caught. 100’s of pounds of Catfish caught here this week. Bass Tournament At El Capitan
El Capitan ReservoirWe had some big tournaments here this weekend and everybody caught their limits! A few five pound bass were caught. The largest bag weighed 13.51 for three fish. 40 anglers checked 120 bass. A lot of nice catfish this week. Crappie are still being caught as well!
