Captain Adam on the New Lo-An just called in with an update from their 1.5 day trip. They have caught 10 Bluefin Tuna and have a few more hanging. He reported excellent weather and noted that they are catching the fish on 40-50lb fluorocarbon today. We’ll update throughout the day when we hear from the boat. They have another 1.5 day trip departing Wednesday evening at 7pm with plenty of space.


Captain Tony on the Mission Belle just reported 50+ Yellowatil on their Full Day trip to the Coronado Islands so far today. .

Upcoming Local Trips:

The 1/2 day boat Daily Double departs at 8:30 am for fishing at the local kelp beds and other hot spots. Ticket price is $52 for adults, $42 for seniors or active duty military and $37 for juniors. Return time is around 2:30 pm. A California fishing license will be additional. No passport required for this trip.
 
The Mission Belle is scheduled daily for full day trip to the Coronado Islands. This trip will be targeting Yellowtail, Bonito, Bass and Rockfish. A valid passport or passport card is required for all passengers going on the trip. Ticket price includes your Mexican fishing license, tourist visa and biosphere bracelet.

The New Lo-An came in this morning with 33 Bluefin Tuna. Captain Adam reported these fish to be in the 20-90 pound range.  Call the office for reservations or any questions at (619)-223-1627 The American Angler returned this morning with 17 Bluefin Tuna and 27 Yellowtail for their 1.5 day trip.
