The next night fishing will be on January 13th until 10 p.m. Bring your family, friends, and neighbors for some evening fishing. Keep in mind lanterns are required after 5 p.m.

Best trout spots this past weekend were near the boat dock in Cloister Cove on small jigs. People were catching limits! Hermit Cove, Sentry Point, Half Moon Cove and Eagle Point were all productive with PowerBait in chartreuse or salmon peach.

Best bass spots were at the dock, Cloister Cove mid-day and Sentry Cove early morning with Morning Dawn and Margarita Mutilator roboworms.

Catfish and bluegill with chicken gizzard and night crawlers were caught in Siesta Cove!

Lake fishing permit fees are just $9 per day for Adults, $8 per day for Seniors (65+) or Active Duty Military as of January 1st.

We had 1,500 lbs. of trout stocked on Friday and another 1,500 lbs. coming in the week of January 15th. Come on out and catch your limits on Friday, Saturday or Sundays from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m! Better yet, make your camping reservations and make a weekend out of it!!

Remember, you can always fish from the campground shoreline daily from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. even without having a camping reservation! Just purchase your permit at the campground kiosk.

Kid's Day returns Saturday, February 3rd! All kids under 10 get to fish for free all day and can catch one fish from the pond!
