Bass fishing is still picking up with about two fish per person showing up. Cat fishermen are finding some nice catfish. Bluegill are being found in shaded areas; look for the bigger bluegill in deep water. Carp fishing continues to be productive, finding them in the shallow water.

Bass are still on the move chasing fry. Anglers are enjoying reporting more bass per angler. Cat fishing has been very good. Cat fishermen have made their way to Hodges to find some nice cats. Bluegill are still showing up with consistency using mealworms and redworms; if you can get a hold of crickets, use those.
