CATFISH BITE:
We are anticipating another 1,000 pound stocking of trophy sized Catfish this week. 5,000 pounds of Catfish have been stocked, so the odds are in your favor! We have several reports of people limiting out on catfish. Soaking mackerel and chicken livers at night seems to be the ticket. Remember, you can rent boats or launch your personal boats during night fishing season. All we require is that you have a lantern on board your vessel.
BASS BITE:
With some stable weather on the way, the bass bite will only improve. Anglers have reported that surface action baits have been producing bass. Tossing soft plastics is always a surefire way to put numbers on your boat. Stop by the Bait and Tackle Shop for all the fishing tips-andtricks.
TROUT AND PANFISH
Trout have been reported bitting from the T-dock. Bluegill have been reported biting back in Halfmoon Cove.
CATCHES OF THE WEEK
Keith Albro of San Diego caught a nice 3 pound Largemouth Bass. Keith was using a top-water lure near Eagle Point.
