Eastern Pacific Ocean — multiple species found from Alaska south to Baja California. The Sheep Crab is the largest Pacific spider crab — found from Central California south to Baja California. Found on rocky and sandy bottom in nearshore to offshore areas. Named for their long, spider-like legs and rounded body.
